BMS Holdings Group LLC was formed in the Fall of 2019 as a Missouri, Limited Liability Corporation. It’s purpose was to invest in small startup ventures with entrepreneurial partners. As a result of Covid occurring, in January of 2022 the strategic focus largely shifted away from operating commercial running events to supporting the mental health well-being and life satisfaction of athletes of all ages and their families. Those activities were primarily — but not exclusively – focused on youth sports.
BMS Holding Group LLC now operates as a privately funded venture that develops and retains title ownership of certain internally developed proprietary, intellectual properties. Those properties are then licensed for the use of affiliated organizations, nonprofits, for profits and individuals.
BMS Holdings Group also continues to be actively involved with developing and market testing new business concepts, products and services. Tested business initiatives that demonstrate bankable, commercial viability and/or that provide altruistic value to communities are either launched in conjunction with and the cooperation of licensed partners and/or as an internally owned, controlled and managed private venture of the BMS Holdings Group, LLC. Currently, BMS Holdings Group is developing a children’s literacy program, merchandising concepts, safety and well-being surveys and sports recruiting products and services in collaboration with various business partners.
