Who We Are
OVERVIEW
BMS Holdings Group LLC was formed in the Fall of 2019 as a Missouri, Limited Liability Corporation. The Company was initially organized to operate and manage running events and to market test new business concepts for possible future commercial investment.
As a result of Covid occurring, in January of 2022 our strategic focus largely shifted away from operating commercial running events to supporting the mental health well-being and life satisfaction of athletes of all ages and their families. Our activities are primarily — but not exclusively – focused on youth sports.
BMS Holding Group LLC now operates as a privately funded venture that develops and retains title ownership of certain internally developed proprietary, intellectual properties. Those properties are then licensed for the use of affiliated organizations, nonprofits and individuals.
We also continue to be actively involved with developing and market testing new business concepts, products and services. Tested business initiatives that demonstrate bankable, commercial viability and/or that provide altruistic value to communities are either launched in conjunction with and the cooperation of licensed partners and/or as an internally owned, controlled and managed private venture of the BMS Holdings Group, LLC.
BMS Holdings Group LLC was formed in the Fall of 2019. BMS is an individual funded private venture capital investment company specializing in providing start-up capital to new business start-ups; as well as being actively involved with developing and market testing new business products and services. When thoroughly tested business concepts demonstrate bankable, commercial viability, then the business is launched as a spin-off, separate company.
Upon launch of a new company, the day-to-day operation and growth management duties are assigned to vested, earned equity involved member(s) of the concept’s development staff. BMS Holdings Group LLC then continues to retain equity participation – as well as profit participation – while assisting and providing support services and advice to the newly launched enterprise(es), as required.

Our associates and affiliates seek and derive the grace, balance and satisfaction derived from being alive, well and assisting young athletes and their families to live their dreams as well.
WHAT WE DO
We develop, test, license and operate innovative programs, products and services that assist sports advocates to create positive experiences, promote mental health awareness for young competitors, athletes and their families; as well as to strive to contribute to suicide prevention.
Our programs educate, advise and assist our partners, associates and licensed affiliates to be able to better educate their constituencies and to communities-at-large… better enabling them to meaningfully contribute until amazing is achieved!

What we strive to do is to relish life and to assist others to do the same… learning to live life for all that it has to offer. Realizing that setbacks and discouraging events are all part of the challenge… standing back-up, dusting off, then charging back into the fray… relishing the test… Hand-in-hand together… here for our youth!
