COMPANY RESTRUCTURING ANNOUNCEMENT

January 2021

BMS Holdings Group LLC ended its franchise licensing arrangement with Bodies Race Company – Kansas City on mutually agreeable terms. BMS Running Event Management Group LLC tentatively plans to re-enter the outdoor activities events marketplace in the future. Go-OkieDokie! plans to conduct an inaugural fundraising event for The BMS Project.org in the Fall of 2023.

BMS continues to highly endorse Bodies Race Company’s events and encourages runners to participate whenever possible. Bodies motto of fun, family and fitness embraces an active, healthy life style; consistent with BMS’s Body, Mind and Spirit theme… let’s all get outdoors and enjoy ourselves – we deserve it!

August 2020

BMS’ inaugural Company meeting was held on August 2nd, 2020 when the gang forced it’s way into the Citizen’s bank building at BMS’ Corporate Headquarters located in Blue Spring’s Missouri. We’d like to name the gang members, but their identities were concealed by masks. The theme of the meeting was the “Magnificent 7 — they were only seven, but they fought like 700!”
